We operate in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the regulations of the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Product Descriptions: We endeavor to be as accurate as possible when describing our furniture products on the website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, specifications, or other content are completely accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. Actual products may vary slightly from images due to photography lighting, screen settings, or natural variations in materials.

Custom Orders: For custom-made furniture orders, specific terms regarding timelines, specifications, and approvals will be provided separately and must be agreed upon before production begins.

Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by UAE law. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, once you have placed an order, the price quoted to you at that time will remain valid.

Availability: Products are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a replacement, credit, or full refund.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Order Confirmation: Your receipt of an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason at our sole discretion.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other methods as indicated on our website or during checkout. Full payment or a deposit may be required before order processing begins.

Deposits: For custom or large orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required to initiate production. The deposit amount will be communicated clearly before you place your order.

Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After 24 hours, or once production has begun, cancellations may be subject to charges covering work already completed and materials procured.

5. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

Delivery Area: We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. For delivery outside the UAE, please contact us directly for a quote.

Delivery Timeline: Delivery dates provided are estimates only. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe but shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Inspection Upon Delivery: You are responsible for inspecting all delivered items immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Any hidden defects must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Installation: Installation services, if applicable, will be arranged separately. Ensure the installation area is clear and accessible before our team arrives.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Standard Furniture: Due to the nature of furniture products, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind. Please choose carefully. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, potentially subject to a restocking fee (typically 25% of the product price) and return shipping costs.

Custom-Made Furniture: Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, videos, and software, is the property of Harfa Al Lamsa Al Sahrya Furniture or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

You may not:

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, government restrictions, or supplier issues.

16. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provision shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
